Print out this free printable thank you sign for your USPS, FedEx, UPS, Amazon, Whoever Delivery Person, and leave them snacks to show your appreciation! This is a super cute and easy way to spread holiday cheer and #LightTheWorld.
I saw this idea on Pinterest a couple years ago and thought it was so dang cute!! I couldn’t find the original printable I saw, so I decided to make my own and make it available on my website.
The idea is, to leave a bucket/basket of drinks and/or snacks on your porch to show appreciation for the people who deliver your packages during the busy holiday season.

SUCH an EASY way to #LightTheWorld
I love the concept of the #LightTheWorld initiative that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints has been doing for the past few years, and I absolutely love how this little bucket of snacks can light a variety of people’s days.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
I used a metal galvanized container like this 2-pack on Amazon (affiliate link), but really anything would work. I like the height of the sides of this, because it protects the contents from the wind and weather. I liked this large-ish size, because I wanted to offer a variety of things in my bucket. But really, this is all up to you.
For the drinks, I decided to put the following:
- Diet Coke
- Orange Crush
- Chocolate Milk (the kind that doesn’t need to be refrigerated)
- Chocolate Chip Granola Bars
- Nature’s Valley Granola Bars
- Bags of Chips
- Fruit Snacks
- I haven’t been to the store yet, but I think little packs of beef jerky would be cool to put out there!

**I would recommend printing this on white card stock (affiliate link)**
I made this sign in 2 different sizes…the first download has 2 per page, so each one takes up a half-sheet. This will be easier if you plan on taping it to the bucket/basket you put the snacks in. I put 2 copies on there, to make good use of your paper, so give the second one to a friend (or save it in case the first one gets ruined by rain or snow).
The second one is a full page, and would work well if you are going to tape the sign to your front door or the wall of your porch.
