One of my favorite things about the holiday season is White Elephant Gift Exchanges.  Not only are they a great excuse to get together with friends, but they also provide one of the best workouts my abs get every year.  I guess I should clarify a couple things.

Clarification #1: I am not talking about a simple gift exchange.  I am talking about a White Elephant Gift Exchange…the kind where you find the funniest gag gift you can within the given price range.

Clarification #2: I don’t work out much.

The amount of laughter (and I’m not talking courtesy chuckles – I’m talking deep in your gut, tears streaming down your face laughter) that happens under one roof during these exchanges is likely the highest of any given event.
